Therapy Services

My approach to therapy is warm, open, and non-judgmental, grounded in a person-centered philosophy. My treatment approach is collaborative, adaptive, and focused on each individual’s needs. I incorporate relational, experiential and somatic techniques aimed at supporting processes of mind, body, and spirit.

As A Therapist, I Embrace The Following Philosophies:

  • I believe that you are worthy of love and care.

  • I believe therapy should address the whole person—their mind, body, spirit, and the systems they are part of.

  • I believe that emotions heal when they are witnessed and validated.

  • I believe that people underestimate their ability to change and that every person has an innate capacity for positive change and self-discovery.

  • I believe that growth often happens in discomfort. By understanding the patterns and forces that keep us stuck, we can unlock a natural desire to move forward and grow.

Treatment Modalities

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a research backed therapy that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences and distressing memories. By reducing the emotional intensity and impact of these memories, EMDR allows clients to reprocess painful experiences and negative beliefs. This process supports relief from fear, shame, and anxiety, while fostering healthier emotional responses, improved self-esteem, and greater resilience.

Parts Work Therapy

Parts work therapy is grounded in the understanding that each person holds many “parts” or inner aspects that carry different emotions, beliefs, and roles. This approach helps clients recognize, understand, and integrate these parts, especially those shaped by trauma or self-protection. Working with parts fosters inner harmony, reduces self-criticism, and strengthens access to a grounded, compassionate sense of self.

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

AEDP is a relational, emotion-focused approach that helps clients heal from trauma and attachment wounds through the safety of a supportive therapeutic relationship. By fostering deep emotional experiences in the present moment, AEDP promotes resilience, self-compassion, and the ability to form more secure and authentic connections with others.

Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt therapy is a holistic approach that emphasizes awareness, presence, and integrating all aspects of the self, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical sensations into the present moment. Gestalt therapy empowers clients to gain deeper self-awareness, resolve internal conflicts, and improve relationships by exploring patterns, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. Gestalt processes support greater integration, choice, and vitality.

Mindfulness- Based Therapy (MBSR, MBCBT)

Mindfulness-based approaches focus on cultivating present-moment awareness and acceptance to reduce stress and improve emotional well-being. By practicing mindfulness, clients can learn to observe their thoughts and feelings without judgement, break free from unhelpful patterns, and respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and intention.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

KAP is an innovative, evidence-based approach that combines the safe, prescribed use of ketamine with psychotherapy to address depression, anxiety, trauma, and related challenges. Ketamine can quiet rigid thought patterns and open space for new perspectives and emotional states. With therapeutic support, clients can process their experiences, integrate insights, and cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and meaningful change.
